Devastating Blow to the American Military Branches

A long series of dreams began in the middle of the night, around 2 a.m., I think. Normally, an entire night is dedicated to one topic. But, this night’s dreaming differed from the normal routine.

The opening scene of the series looked like this:

Four people try to stand, to help one another. A strong wind blows. Papers and chunks of material blow about the room. Two men in Army dress uniforms yell to one another.

“We need to power up. If we will save our lives, we need to find a source of power.” There is more yelling. There is a woman’s voice, too. Part of the conversation concerns a fourth person, who is neither seen nor heard. From out of view, the woman's voice says, "He is dead."

The scene pans out. The people are on a high floor, at least the third floor, maybe higher, of a long, boxy building made of either masonry or concrete. A major portion of one exterior wall and part of the roof are missing. Another building, similar in shape to the first, is also damaged. The damage I see on the second building faces toward the damage on the first building. A person standing between the two buildings could assess the damage to both structures. Nothing more about the site is revealed.

The two men in Alpha uniforms each find electrical lines that are live. Each has two lines so they can create a pathway for current. Over the wind, they yell to each other directions and share their thoughts. One of the men is darker skinned. He might be a light-skinned African American. Or, he might be a dark-skinned Hispanic. The second man is Caucasian. The brown man finds some power. The white man finds a greater power source. But, to recharge, he will have to temporarily assume a compromising, exposed position. But, it will be the best method to save himself.

Several more scenes play out in different dreams. It becomes clear the four people represent elements of the American military. In these, I try to ascertain which of the four did not survive. Two of the survivors  are army. The other two are not clearly revealed, not shown.

Then, in the last scene before I wake, an Air Force uniform appears, walking toward me. This is a woman with short-cut blonde hair. It is not straight, neither is it perfectly neat. Her wavy hair encloses a soft face. She has healthy eyes of a blue-green color. In her left hand, she has a brief case. But, her right arm is gone. The sleeve is folded under and pinned, about 8 inches below the shoulder.

Interpretation: The man who died was the Navy. The two army men represent the regular army and the National Guard. It is the National Guard that has a better chance of recovery. The Air Force loses control of the skies, her “right arm” in combat situations. But, other elements are later functional.

The Marines are not part of the dream. But, the USMC is officially, “a department of the Navy.” Neither Marines nor sailors appear in the dream.
