This page will answer the common questions about Record My Call app:

• Why Record My Call does not work on every phones and why it records from mic not the line in/out ?
  • Actually I'm not really sure about that, but my current assumption is the company (such as Motorola, Samsung or HTC) modify the Android code from Google to fulfill the phone requirements. Some of them allow third party app to record call from mic (you can get the big picture from compatibility phones). Please correct me if I'm wrong.
• Why the app only record half of my call ?
  • There's no time limitation from Record My Call, if you experience this kind of problem:
    • Please check the killer task app, make sure it does not kill the Record My Call service during the call.
    • The app needs a lot of memory to record a long conversation (more than 30 minutes). It's suggested that restart your phone daily to reduce the memory usage.
• How can I remove the pop up notification when the conversation end ?
  • You cannot do that. This notification is made to prevent people for spying other phone.
• I'm using amr format, how do I play on my computer ?
  • Try to use additional software such as amrplayer to play your record.
